There’s no new tea here. It has been well documented and known that Black people typically fare worst when it comes to disease management and positive health outcomes. And sadly, this is also true with menopause and some of the timelines and symptoms we experience. But there is great news! There are things you can do to break the cycle, to be prepared and have a more positive menopausal experience. Join me as I share what I wish others had taught me about menopause.
