Workshop: Saturday Love: Reigniting Your Libido

Sis, you are not alone. Many women experience a loss of libido when in menopause. For some, it is the greatest and most painful loss of this process as it doesn’t just affect you physically, but it also affects you mentally and emotionally, and if you’re married or partnered up it can have devastating effects on your relationship.

We will use this time to discuss:

• What happens to the libido
• Strategies you can use to help reignite the fire
• Herbal remedies and other medical treatments
• How to talk to your significant other
