Tired, much?

As a mom of two, I can honestly say I've never been as tired as I am today at 50+. Yeah, I'm probably busier now because I always take on more projects than I should but one of my menopause systems is early waking... I get on average 4 hours per night. If I go to sleep early, I wake up 4 hours later. If I strain to stay away and go to sleep late, I still wake up 4 hours from the time I fell asleep. Yawn...
