Refund Policy

A Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between Conversations About Menopause, LLC its customer regarding how and if refunds will be provided for services offered.

Conversations About Menopause, LLC has established the following refund policies:

• Workshops facilitated by Karin Smith, Menopause Doula, are fully refundable

• Workshops facilitated by a guest speaker are non-refundable

• All Doula Services requires a cancellation of 2 hours prior to appointment and will be fully refunded if cancelled prior to the 2 hour deadline.

  • Doula Services cancelled after 2 hour window are refundable at 50%

  • Missed appointments/no shows for Doula Services are non-refundable
